The following seasonal full time positions are available:

Office Administrative Assistant: We are seeking an office administrative assistant to help with organization and function of a structured and seasonally busy landscape company. This is a full time position, Monday through Friday. This position requires the ability to lead meetings, communicate effectively, navigate computer software programs, maintain organized systems, and others.

Field & Project Assistant Manager: We are seeking a talented individual with at least 2-4 years of landscape or horticultural experience, to assist in all stages of installation of natural landscapes, and maintenance of healthy and quality native plants. The position requires a qualified candidate to lead and assist in the success of building natural environments, organic plant care, seed harvesting, fertilization, and team comradeship. Applicants must be passionate about native plants, and overall mission of Helia Land Design, to rebuild habitat and support biodiversity.

This position works closely with the owner and operator of Helia Land Design and the community we serve. 

Installation Crew: Supporting the team lead with preparing for the workday; packing trucks, organizing plant material, picking up and delivery of bulk and sourced material, and following instructions provided by point person. Creating and caring for gorgeous organic gardens, landscapes, and natural living space including addressing any problems with plants, such as nutrient deficiencies, soil, pest and/or disease problems, monitoring irrigation system and watering needs, and installing large specimen trees, small trees, shrubs, grasses, ferns and perennial wildflowers. We require the ability to work long physical days outdoors in all weather, the capability to lift 50+ lbs., and a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
